Make every conversion mean something.

Measurement should connect media activity with commercial outcomes without pretending that every customer journey is fully observable. We define the events, ownership and limitations before drawing conclusions.

A submitted form is an enquiry. An accepted customer is a different event.

01

An explicit event contract

Page views, CTA interactions, form starts and confirmed submissions are separate events. A success event is triggered only after the application accepts the request. Personal message content and contact details should not be copied into advertising event payloads.

02

Source conventions

Campaign naming, UTM conventions and conversion identifiers need consistent ownership. Attribution should distinguish known campaign context from inferred influence, and document where browsers, consent choices or cross-device behavior leave gaps.

03

Sales feedback

Acquisition reporting becomes useful when accepted leads, disqualifications and eventual customers can be reconciled with the originating enquiry. CRM fields, handoff timing and deduplication rules are agreed before an integration is enabled.

04

Business-level interpretation

Compare acquisition cost with lead acceptance, customer conversion and value over the relevant period. Apparent performance improvements can result from changes in audience or tracking. Controlled experiments help separate an effect from a coincidence.

Questions worth asking.

Does attribution prove that advertising caused a sale?

No. Attribution assigns credit under a defined model. Incrementality requires a suitable comparison or experiment and cannot be inferred from a dashboard alone.

Are advertising pixels active on this website?

No third-party advertising or analytics services are connected in this version. Optional measurement can prepare non-personal events in this browser; enabling it does not itself send those events to an advertising platform.
